Which TradeDay accounts
can be copied together?
TradeDay states that trade copiers are allowed from your personal accounts into your TradeDay account. That is unusual — most firms require every account in a group to be theirs.
Copying in from another evaluation is permitted in the same wording.
TradeDay allows trading or copy trading between two or three Funded Sim accounts only. Build your group with that number in mind.
TradeDay is explicit: Funded Live and Funded Sim accounts must be traded separately, cannot be traded simultaneously, and copy trading between them is not possible. Do not put them in the same group.
TradeDay also limits how many accounts you may hold at one time across all types, and allows one username and one user per household. Prop firm rules change — review TradeDay’s current rules before you rely on any of this.
Which TradeDay accounts actually work?
Sign in on Tradovate’s own page and your accounts import automatically. TradeDay’s NinjaTrader and TradingView options sit on this same connection, so orders placed there are copied like any other.
TradeDay also offers accounts on a separate Rithmic connection, used by R|Trader Pro, Quantower, ATAS, Sierra Chart, MultiCharts and others. SyncMyTrade does not connect to TradeDay accounts on that side today. Check which one your account is on before subscribing.
Copying your TradeDay accounts
in six steps.
TradeDay offers accounts on Tradovate and on a separate Rithmic side. Only the Tradovate side connects to SyncMyTrade today.
Add a Tradovate connection in SyncMyTrade and sign in on Tradovate's own page. Your password never reaches us.
Every account on that login appears automatically. There is nothing to add one at a time.
This step matters more at TradeDay than elsewhere. Funded Sim and Funded Live cannot be copied to each other, so plan the group before you build it.
Choose the account you intend to trade by hand, select the accounts that should mirror it, and give each a whole-number ratio from 1x to 10x.
Turn the group on and trade your leader. Orders replicate to every active follower, and any account can be toggled out of sync at any time.
What SyncMyTrade does
and does not do.
Yes, for accounts on the Tradovate side, within the combinations TradeDay permits. One account leads and the others follow, each with its own ratio and its own sync toggle.
Yes. Copying happens in the cloud, so it keeps running whether or not your computer is on. There is nothing to install.
Yes. Continuous leader–follower integrity checks compare each follower against the leader and act when a mismatch is detected.
No. SyncMyTrade does not know which of your accounts TradeDay classifies as Sim or Live. Keeping them apart is your responsibility, and TradeDay does not permit copying between them.
No. TradeDay caps how many accounts you may hold at one time across all types, and allows one user per household. Staying inside that is your responsibility.
