Does MyFundedFutures allow copy trading?
Yes. MyFundedFutures states that copy trading is allowed across its account types, and that traders may use external copy-trading software to do it.
They attach clear conditions. The trader takes full responsibility for the consequences, and MyFundedFutures is not obliged to provide technical support, troubleshooting or account resets for problems that arise from a copier. Staying inside their drawdown, consistency and account limits remains your job.
Prop firm rules and platform availability change. Review MyFundedFutures’ current rules before you rely on any of this.
Which MFF accounts actually work?
MyFundedFutures accounts provisioned through Tradovate. Add a Tradovate connection and they import automatically. TradingView and NinjaTrader workflows are supported too, as long as the underlying account routes through that same Tradovate connection.
MyFundedFutures also offers platforms on a separate data connection — Quantower, Volumetrica, DeepChart/DeepDOM and ATAS among them. SyncMyTrade does not connect to those. The platform is chosen per account when you activate it, so check which one your account is on before subscribing.
Copying your MFF accounts
in six steps.
Connect Tradovate
Add a Tradovate connection in SyncMyTrade and sign in on Tradovate's own OAuth page. Your password never reaches us.
Accounts import themselves
Every account on that login appears automatically — evaluation and funded alike. There is nothing to add one at a time.
Pick your leader
Choose the MyFundedFutures account you intend to trade by hand. That is the only account you place orders on.
Add followers
Select the accounts that should mirror it. They can be other MFF accounts, or accounts at other firms entirely.
Set a ratio each
Whole numbers from 1x to 10x. A $150K account can run heavier than a $50K one without you placing a second order.
Activate and trade
Turn the group on and trade your leader. Orders replicate to every active follower, and any account can be toggled out of sync at any time.
Your MFF account and
everything else you trade.
Copying between accounts on one Tradovate login is something Tradovate's own Group Trade feature already does. The reason to use SyncMyTrade is when your accounts are not all in one place.
Three brokers, four firms, one trade — provided each account uses a connection SyncMyTrade currently supports. Contract specifications are mapped between platforms, so the same order lands correctly on each. Each follower keeps its own ratio and can be toggled out of sync without touching the others.
How MFF drawdown rules
affect your copy sizing.
Some MyFundedFutures plans calculate the trailing loss limit from end-of-day results. Intraday swings on a follower do not move the limit while a position is open, so the sizing question is mostly about where the account finishes the day.
Some funded stages use an intraday trailing maximum loss based on the account's equity high, including unrealised profit. Because that threshold can move while a position is open, followers on this model deserve extra attention when you set their ratio.
A higher copy ratio increases the follower's position size, and a larger position can consume that account's available drawdown faster. Set each follower's ratio against that account's own rules and the room it has left, not against the leader's.
Which model applies depends on the plan you hold and the stage you are in — the same plan can use one in evaluation and the other once funded. Plan names, drawdown models and account limits are set by MyFundedFutures and change from time to time, so check the current rules on their site before sizing a copy group around them.
What SyncMyTrade does
and does not do.
No. Trailing drawdown is enforced by MyFundedFutures on their side and SyncMyTrade does not override, pause or track it. Sizing your followers is your decision.
No. Where MFF applies a consistency requirement, meeting it is down to how you trade and how you set your ratios.
Yes. Automatic leader–follower integrity checks compare each follower against the leader and act when a mismatch is detected, so an account that stops matching does not sit unnoticed.
Yes. Session Lock halts copying across the group, cancels working orders and flattens open positions — a self-imposed halt you control.
