Can I copy trades across different brokers?

Yes. You can have a Tradovate master account copying to Projectx follower accounts (or any other combination) in the same copy group. Our contract mapper handles symbol translation automatically.

What is a "connection"?

A connection is one broker login credential. For example, one Tradovate login that gives you access to 10 prop firm accounts is 1 connection with 10 accounts. All accounts under a connection are included at no extra cost.

What order types are supported?

All major order types: market, limit, stop, stop-limit, take profit, stop loss, trailing stop, trailing stop-limit, and bracket orders. Modifications and cancellations are also copied in real-time.

Average execution latency is under 200 milliseconds, including during high-volatility events like NFP releases and FOMC announcements. We use direct WebSocket connections and parallel order execution.

This is where SyncMyTrade is designed to excel. Our engine handles volatile conditions with automatic retry logic for rejected orders, parallel execution across accounts, and state recovery if anything interrupts.

Can I set different copy ratios per account?

Yes. Each follower account can have its own copy ratio (e.g., 1x, 2x, 0.5x). If your master trades 1 contract of ES, a 2x follower would trade 2 contracts.

What if the engine restarts or my connection drops?

SyncMyTrade has full state persistence. If anything restarts, it recovers all positions, pending orders, and copy group configurations automatically. No orphaned trades, no manual cleanup needed.

What risk controls are available?

Per-account position limits, maximum contract sizes, daily loss caps that auto-pause copying, an emergency stop button that halts all copying instantly, and a flatten-all button that closes every position across all accounts.

Can I pause copying on a specific account?

Yes. Each follower account has an individual toggle. You can pause and resume copying on any account without affecting the others in the group.

What does the emergency stop do?

The emergency stop immediately halts all trade copying across all your copy groups. No new trades are copied until you manually re-enable it. Existing positions are not automatically closed — you keep full control.

Is my broker data secure?

Yes. We use secure OAuth for broker connections — we never see or store your broker password. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Broker tokens are stored encrypted.

Do you have access to my trading funds?

No. SyncMyTrade can only place and manage trades on your behalf through broker APIs. We cannot withdraw funds, transfer money, or access your broker account settings.
