When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign up using Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Broker Connection Data
When you connect a broker account (e.g., Tradovate, Projectx, Rithmic), we store the OAuth tokens or API credentials necessary to execute trades on your behalf. We never store your broker login password directly.
Trading Data
We collect and process trading data including account positions, order history, and copy group configurations to provide the trade copying service. This data is used solely to operate the Service.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, encrypted broker tokens, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading data and copy logs are retained for 90 days after execution. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
